What Our Clients Say

"Our trainer was great and the course material was excellent. I am now working as a trainer and I use all the training planning documents from the course all the time."

"I was already a TAFE teacher and Trainwell’s professional development was very relevant to the skills you need when you get to the real world of training and a great help in my training job."

"I am really thankful to Trainwell and all my classmates for all their support. The group chemistry was great and Anne’s terrific training style and her personal knowledge and experience made the course really relevant and interesting. She is a great role model."

"The best thing about this course is that it built my confidence to be a trainer. I was a bit apprehensive about working as a trainer in TAFE or a private RTO but now I feel on an equal footing."

"The course is a good steady pace and easy to cope with while working full time. There was enough time to study and digest the information between each workshop."

"Compared to other courses I looked at, this course offered convenient times and locations and was a great price for the professional level of course materials and trainers provided."

"Our trainers were really interested in helping us develop as trainers and not just the theory of training. I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to stop the course then start it again when I was ready. The course length was a good balance between being too short and intensive or too long and boring."

"Everything about the course was fantastic. I really appreciated the learning materials provided by Trainwell. I have already used my new knowledge of assessment validation in my work. I was already a teacher but after the course I started using delivery plans and lesson plans in my training and now I am so much more organised."
